In this section, you will find answers to the questions we anticipate being asked most frequently by our visitors and exhibitors.

FAQs for Exhibitors

Build up is scheduled to take place from 08:00 - 22:00 on 6 and 7 November 2019 (Wednesday and Thursday).

Tear down will take place immediately after the show closes on 10 November 2019 (Sunday) from 20:00 - 00:00.

From 08:00 on 8 November 2019 (Friday) as the opening ceremony will take place from 09:00.

From 08:30 on 9 and 10 November 2019 (Saturday and Sunday) as the show opens from 10:00.

We have planned for the manual to be ready from early August onwards. We will inform you via email then. Most deadlines with our appointed suppliers have been planned for 2 October 2019 (Wednesday). Please start planning for how you would like to present your products, services and technologies. If you need any advice or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact your account manager. Yes. If you need to print your exhibitor badge at the venue, it would be possible.

Exhibitor badges are to be collected from Exhibitor Service Centre, outside Halls 405 and 406. Collection dates/time: 08:00 - 22:00 on 6 and 7 November 2019 (Wednesday and Thursday).

There are applicable fees for additional and replacement badges. Details can be found in the Exhibitor Manual.

For all contracted exhibitors and sponsors, fill up the form found in the Exhibitor Manual and submit as soon as possible to cheen@eldexasia.com. This will enable the organisers to reach out to your nominees earlier.

In addition, we look forward to working with exhibitors and sponsors to invite their desired trade visitors to ELDEX Asia.

These slots are on 9 and 10 November (Saturday and Sunday). There are a finite number of slots with an applicable charge for each slot.

Exhibitors and sponsors have taken up a number of slots. Please discuss with your account manager regarding your requirements. Alternatively, you can email your interest to info@eldexasia.com.

Yes. Suntec Convention and Exhibition Centre provides complimentary WiFi throughout the entire complex. However, as with any network, with a huge influx of users, the bandwidth could get somewhat patchy. It should nonetheless be sufficient for your needs especially where sending and receiving emails are concerned.

The deadline is 2 October 2019 (Wednesday). Please email info@eldexasia.com to change your stand type.

There is no cloakroom services at the show. Hotels in Singapore typically have secure concierge services that will store your luggage and bags.

At the Event, your stand should have lockable cabinets unless your stand is raw space. However, lockable cabinets are not fully secure. Please watch over your possessions and avoid bringing any valuables to the Event.
